Presentations may be delivered as an oral presentation or a poster. Presentation format should be indicated in the submitted abstract.

Each and all accepted authors for oral presentations will need to register for the conference. Equipment required for the presentation can be provided upon request. To ensure that all necessary equipment is available, we kindly request that presenters arrive early for their scheduled presentation.

Each and all accepted authors for poster presentations will need to register for the conference. To ensure that your poster is easy to read and engaging, we recommend including visual aids such as charts or graphs. The title of your poster and the names and affiliations of the authors should be prominently displayed at the top. Keep in mind that the audience may have limited time to read your poster, so aim for clarity and simplicity.

Posters should be of A1 international paper size and all materials, including the title, should fit within the designated poster size. To ensure that your poster adheres properly to the display boards, please avoid using foam core or other thick or multi-layered materials, as well as pushpins directly on the poster boards.
